(M078) Plastic clay, combed back, 6.1 x 8.2 in, hand painted overglaze, stamped Copeland A 86, titled "Near Arendal", W T Copeland Spode Works Stoke, April or August 1886.
(M039) Dust pressed, 11.7 x 5.8 in, underglaze print, titled Inverlachy Castle, marked with logo of Decorative Art Tile Co, c.1895. (Also found on 6x6 tiles)	(M029) Promenade Matlock. 165. Dust pressed each 6 x 6 in, decorated by Photo Decorated Tile Co Derby. Left blank marked 4, right blank MAW & CO LD ENGLAND c.1899. The scene is little changed today, just a few more houses on the hillside. The actual photograph was taken from a slightly elevated position. A band-stand was built in the same year and on the spot where the photo was taken. It is probable that the photographer positioned himself on the ladders or roof to get the desired shot.
