Dust pressed, 6 x 6 in, block printed in glaze, target back with moulded 1, titled on face "Winter", T&R Boote, c.1881.
A similar tile appears in Lockett (page 130), having the same border and the same spotted background.

Dust pressed, 6 x 6 in, transfer printed and hand coloured under glaze, target back with printed pattern No 22 and registration mark, T & R Boote blank, design registered on 13 January 1882 to Decorative Art Tile Co Hanley.
This tile was also made with the lady facing right.

Dust pressed, 6 x 6 in, titled on face "Mistress Mary Quite Contrary", under glaze transfer printed using two separate transfers, centre panel possibly by Kate Greenaway but this is not verified, T & R Boote, c.1880.

Dust pressed, 6 x 6 in, block printed under glaze, a standard Boote reverse but with "Micklethwaite" printed in the centre panel, T & R Boote, c.1890.
Micklethwaite could either be a pattern name or a firm to whom Boote supplied tiles. The pattern also occurs on blanks from Mintons China Works, Minton Hollins and others.

Dust pressed, 6 x 6 in, transfer printed and hand coloured over glaze, target back with printed 5, T&R Boote blank, decorated by decorative Art Tile Co Hanley, c.1881.
This design appears in Austwick (page 92, fig.241) as Mintons China Works.

Dust pressed, each 6 x 6 in, transfer printed under glaze, a classical Adams style design, a standard Boote reverse, T & R Boote, c.1895.

Dust pressed, 4 x 4 inch, stencilled with matt overglaze colours and gilded, marked BCM/T & R B 932 B Made in England (with the greyhound device of T&R Boote), September 1932.
